POP MART is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Natick Mall to lead daily store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop a high-performing team, and ensure the POP MART brand is reflected in all activities.

The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding, and performance development, overseeing inventory, merchandising, and events, with a focus on collectibles, Blind Boxes, and exclusive launches.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, customer-first culture.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance development of new team members.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales performance.
• Analyze business results and identify opportunities to improve store performance.
• Manage daily store operations, inventory, merchandising, and performance metrics.
• Execute POP MART visual merchandising standards and planograms.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and replenishment.
• Support in-store events, product launches, and store openings.
• Build excitement within the local collector community.
