Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Store Manager at Natick Mall to lead all aspects of the retail operation. You will deliver a premium customer experience, manage the store’s financial performance, and coach a high-performing team of leaders and associates to execute merchandising, operations, and promotional initiatives.

You will own daily store performance, ensure brand standards, inspire staff through coaching, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging shopping experiences for POP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, including coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and ability to use metrics to drive performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store leadership team and associates.
• Own the store's financial performance, including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability and operations.
• Drive KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory control, shipments, replenishment, and stockroom organization.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies and seasonal floor sets; support merchandising initiatives and store updates.
• Represent POP MART in the local community and drive events, collaborations, and brand experiences.
