Five Below is seeking a Store Leadership Associate in Hicksville, NY. This hourly role involves managing daily store operations, training crew, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact; trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates ensuring performance and service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty: oversee store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Open/close the store: secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
