Job summary

Five Below in Oceanside, NY is seeking a Store Leader to oversee daily store operations and guest experience. You will train crew, supervise associates, and manage onboarding while driving sales and controlling costs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Frequently operate cash register.
• Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and place/remove merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet.
• Frequently ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
• Frequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop.
• Frequently communicate with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Frequently move across the sales floor assisting customers and stock.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel.
• Identify and follow email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, schedules, and SOPs.
• Remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.
