As a Crew Leader, you will train teammates, supervise daily tasks, and ensure exceptional service while supporting a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. The position starts at $11.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 1 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership in merchandising procedures and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning, stock room, and bathrooms.
