Job summary

Five Below in Hornell, NY is seeking a capable store leader to supervise crew, ensure WOW customer service, and oversee daily store operations. You will coach associates, manage opening/closing, and partner with leadership to boost sales.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking items.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and oversee store operations.
• Open/close duties including cash, doors, and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
