Job summary

Curaleaf seeks a Lead Store Associate in Fort Pierce, FL to guide a team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and uphold store standards. You will coach staff, drive sales through consultative approaches, ensure compliance, and manage daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory checks.

The role requires 21+, a HS diploma or GED, 1 year in customer-facing sales, POS experience, and leadership experience in retail.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations, including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
• Store Associate experience at Curaleaf with a track record of consistent performance is a plus.
