Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Lead Store Associate in Miami, FL. You will lead a high-energy retail team, coach staff, and drive exceptional customer experiences at the point of sale. The role emphasizes compliance, inventory integrity, and KPI-driven selling in a fast-paced, regulatory environment.

You’ll mentor teammates, handle opening/closing duties, verify IDs, and promote Curaleaf rewards while delivering strong results across store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• A minimum of 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash drawer reconciliation.
• Curaleaf Team Members need a minimum of 6 months of Store Associate experience.
