Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Jensen Beach, FL to elevate customer experiences and guide a team in a fast-paced, compliant retail setting. The role focuses on service excellence, product knowledge, and brand standards across daily operations.

You will coach staff, execute opening/closing, manage cash and POS activity, and uphold inventory integrity while driving KPI goals and a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• At least 1 year using POS and cash handling.
• At least 6 months leadership in retail.
• At least 6 months experience in store operations and cash reconciliation.
• Curaleaf team members need a minimum of 6 months of Store Associate experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety protocols, and loss prevention practices.
• Attention to detail in cash handling and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming environment and coach your team.
• Drive personalized product recommendations and expert guidance.
• Drive consultative selling on the floor and upselling.
• Enroll guests in rewards program and capture customer insights.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Open/close duties, cash reconciliation, and housekeeping.
• Verify IDs and maintain accurate POS profiles.
• Ensure inventory integrity and accurate order fulfillment.
• Lead inventory counts and overnight audits.
• Delegate tasks and act as the go-to leader in absence of store management.
• Maintain a compliant, high-performing store environment.
