Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Jensen Beach, FL to drive exceptional guest experiences and lead a retail team. You will guide operations, uphold compliance, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service on the sales floor.

The role requires 21+ years old, a HS diploma or GED, and at least 1 year in customer-facing sales with POS exposure. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling and strong leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• 6 months of hands-on store operations including opening/closing, cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming guest environment and coach the team.
• Empower associates to build customer relationships with personalized product guidance.
• Drive consultative selling and stay informed about promotions and product updates.
• Enroll guests in the rewards program and capture customer insights for future visits.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism to build trust.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure SOPs, safety, and compliance are followed.
• Lead opening and closing duties, cash handling, and daily huddles.
• Verify IDs, maintain accurate POS profiles, and uphold inventory integrity.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive team performance.
