Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a retail team in Lake Worth, FL. This full-time role requires open availability on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour.

You will supervise store operations, manage cash handling, train new hires, and foster a compliant, high-performing environment while delivering superior service to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and coach the team.
• Drive consultative selling and upsell to meet daily KPIs.
• Verify IDs, manage POS profiles, and reconcile cash drawers.
• Lead inventory counts, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain a clean store.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to store associates.
