Job summary

Curaleaf, a leading cannabis retailer, is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Lake Worth Beach, FL. You will lead a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and act as a brand ambassador to uphold compliance and a welcoming store environment.

You’ll drive sales through consultative selling, manage opening/closing, verify IDs, reconcile cash, and maintain inventory accuracy. The role requires 21+ and prior retail leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 21+ age minimum required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer-facing or sales roles.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience in retail.
• At least 6 months of hands-on retail operations experience including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
