Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead your team on the sales floor.
• Coach associates to deliver service with every interaction and upsell where appropriate.
• Lead opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and verify customer IDs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure a welcoming, compliant store environment.
