Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Lead Store Associate in Miami, FL to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a high-performing team. You will coach associates, guide operations, and ensure compliance while delivering on daily KPI goals.

The role requires 21+ age, 1 year in retail, POS/cash handling, and leadership experience, with shift availability including evenings and weekends. On-site location supports in-store customer interactions and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment for guests.
• Coach team to deliver exceptional service with every interaction.
• Drive consultative selling and product education on the floor.
• Enroll guests in rewards program and capture customer insights.
• Maintain inventory integrity and accurate POS profiles.
• Execute opening and closing duties and cash reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and state regulations.
