Athleta is seeking a dedicated retail teammate to support store leadership and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will role model selling behaviors, educate customers about loyalty programs, and collaborate with staff to achieve daily goals.

You will participate in opening/closing tasks, stay flexible for holiday and weekend shifts, and leverage technology to engage customers across channels while maintaining standards and lifting up to 30 pounds when needed.
