Job summary

Athleta is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will educate customers on products, services, and loyalty programs, while driving sales across omni-channel touchpoints.

You will collaborate with leadership to uphold a best-in-class store experience, maintain an organized workspace, and support various store operations. Ability to work flexible hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and build brand loyalty.

• Maintain a neat, organized work area including floor, fitting room, and cash wrap.
• Support store operations and assist with back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues.
