Job summary

Athleta is seeking a store team member in Somerville, MA to support leadership and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will role-model selling behaviors, educate customers on loyalty programs, and help maintain store productivity.

In this role you will work during flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and may assist with opening/closing tasks. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and use technology to engage customers.

Qualifications

• Flexibile schedule availability including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to use technology to engage with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Lead by example to teach brand selling behaviours and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Support sales leader during non-peak hours, with the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate with store leadership to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Assist with opening/closing checklists and after-hours work as needed.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
