Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking Lead Associates to provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager, delivering friendly customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience. Duties include cash handling, record-keeping, pricing donations, and textile tagging. The store operates with varied hours and offers a competitive pay rate of $17.25 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Closes store, reconciles cash with daily sales, and secures the facility at night.
• Maintains records of store operations, daily sales, cash deposits, and opening/closing reports.
• Cash register/customer service duties.
• Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations; occasional heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Hanging, inspecting, and tagging textiles & clothing.
