Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC is seeking a Lead Associate to provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager, demonstrating commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork.

The role involves closing the store, reconciling cash, maintaining records, handling donations, pricing, stocking, and textile tagging in a fast-paced environment. Education: High School Diploma preferred; supervisory experience required. Hours include evenings and weekends.

• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Closes store, reconciles cash with daily sales reports and secures facility for night.
• Prepares and maintains records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits and opening/closing reports.
• Cash register/customer service.
• Receiving, pricing and stocking donations.
• Hanging/Tagging textile & clothing in production setting.
