Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking a Lead Associate to provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager, delivering friendly customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. You will model integrity and resourcefulness while guiding staff through daily operations.

The role includes cash handling, daily sales reporting, opening/closing procedures, receiving donations, pricing, stocking, and textiles tagging.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Lead or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Closes store, reconciles cash with daily sales reports and secures facility for night.
• Prepares and maintains records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits and opening/closing reports; conducts inspections as necessary.
• Cash register/customer service tasks.
• Receiving, pricing and stocking donations; receivers may lift up to 50 pounds.
• Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textile & clothing in a production setting.
