Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina, Inc. is seeking a Lead Associate to provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant to the Manager, delivering friendly customer service and promoting teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Education required is a High School Diploma or equivalent; lead or supervisory experience is expected. The role includes cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and overseeing donation processing, pricing, and textile tagging.

• Closes store, reconciles cash with daily sales reports and secures facility for night.
• Cash register/customer service.
• Receiving, pricing and stocking donations (may lift up to 50 lb).
• Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textile & clothing in a production setting.
