Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking a Lead Associate to provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager, demonstrating commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork.

You should have prior lead or supervisory experience, be able to manage cash, pricing, and stocking donations, and assist with daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Lead or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for evenings and weekends as stores are open extended hours.

Responsabilités

• Closes store, reconciles cash with daily sales reports and secures facility for night.
• Prepares and maintains records of store operations including daily sales reports and opening/closing reports.
• Cash register/customer service duties.
