Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
Strong customer service and active listening skills; clear verbal and written communication.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on product options and services that meet their needs.
Escalate issues to store manager or district leadership as needed.
Answer phones and process customer inquiries and applications per policy.
Conduct outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections in compliance with regulations.
Handle cash, balance drawers, and prepare deposits; reconcile end-of-day reports.
Verify customer information, process transactions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
