Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead in customer service excellence and regulatory compliance across our financial services stores in the community. You will embody our values while supervising daily operations and ensuring accurate cash handling and service delivery.

Responsibilities include educating customers on product options, processing transactions, and maintaining adherence to policies and procedures. Travel to stores within the district may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with automobile insurance while employed.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and present options meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, District Director of Operations, or corporate office as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process general questions, applications, or requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with regulations and procedures.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and assist with deposits and banking as required.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Complete compliance trainings and adhere to company policies.
