Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate as needed.
• Answer phone inquiries and process customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections per regulations.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with bank deposits as needed.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
