Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own reliable transportation with valid driver\'s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options meeting their needs.
• Escalate unresolved issues to store manager or district leadership.
• Answer phone inquiries and process customer applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls according to regs.
• Respond professionally and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and process deposits.
• Verify customer information and complete transactions per policy.
• Comply with regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and other duties as assigned.
