Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options.
• Escalate issues to store leadership and corporate as needed.
• Answer phones and handle inquiries, applications, and requests.
• Conduct outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections per policy.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and complete deposits and reconciliations.
• Process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) per policy and ensure compliance.
