URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Miami Beach is seeking a Key Holder to assist store leadership in daily operations, deliver energetic, on-brand service, and drive sales through genuine customer connections.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, support omni-channel processes, participate in opening/closing duties, and help maintain visual standards while delivering a fun, inclusive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates passion for the URBN brand.
• Proven leadership experience in a retail setting.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership in daily operations and driving sales through customer connections.
• Lead by example to deliver energetic, on-brand service on the sales floor.
• Support omni-channel experiences (MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pickup).
• Participate in opening/closing procedures and daily team tasks.
• Maintain visual standards and collaborate with partners on product placement.
