POP MART is seeking a Store Manager for its Smith Haven Mall location. You will lead all store operations, drive exceptional customer experiences, and develop a high-performing team while upholding POP MART's brand and standards.

You will own financial performance, visual presentation, inventory management, and daily operations, ensuring sales growth and superior service in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's or higher degree preferred.

• Lead every aspect of the store operations to ensure premium customer experience.
• Develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and reviews.
• Drive sales performance, workforce planning, payroll, and budgeting.
