Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Portland, OR. You will lead a high-performing retail team, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience that reflects the POP MART brand.

You will oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and store performance while serving as Manager on Duty when needed. The role reports to the Store Manager and offers growth in POP MART's North America business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team with Store Manager oversight.
• Lead Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor and reflect POP MART's premium brand.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash management, safety, and compliance.
• Analyze business results to improve sales performance and execute action plans.
• Support merchandising and inventory, and drive successful product launches.
