Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Smith Haven Mall location. You will lead all aspects of the store, deliver exceptional customer experiences, develop a high‑performing team, and drive operational excellence in a fast‑paced environment.

You'll own the store’s performance, oversee visual merchandising, inventory control, scheduling, and training while representing POP MART’s collectible brands and unique retail experience to customers and the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high‑volume stores.
• Proven success managing sales performance, operational execution, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees and coaching future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, and retain a high‑performing store leadership team.
• Own store financials including sales, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Drive KPIs such as conversion, UPT, ATV, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead product launches, promotions, and visual merchandising.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and act as a brand ambassador.
