Job summary

Curaleaf in Bordentown, NJ is seeking a Lead Store Associate to lead a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure a welcoming, compliant store environment.

This full-time role requires 21+ years old, a high school diploma, 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience, 1 year with POS systems, and at least 6 months of retail leadership. You will open/close, verify IDs, manage inventory, coach staff, and promote rewards programs.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation.
• Previous Curaleaf experience as a Store Associate with consistent performance is required.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities with the skill to coach and motivate others.
