Job summary

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, cash handling, POS accuracy, inventory control, and staff development. A 1+ year retail/ POS background and 6 months leadership are required; evening/weekend

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• 1+ year of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• 6+ months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• 6+ months of hands-on experience in retail store operations including opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and coach team members.
• Drive consultative selling and upselling while building customer relationships.
• Enroll guests in rewards programs and capture feedback for future experiences.
• Verify IDs, maintain POS profiles, and ensure cash handling accuracy.
• Maintain inventory integrity and supervise daily checkout operations.
• Provide real-time coaching and support to store associates.
