Job summary

LOFT at Store 1570-The Mall in Columbia, MD is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while coaching a team of associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.

Requirements include 6 months of retail sales experience (management preferred), proficiency with point-of-sale systems, strong communication and coaching skills, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Tech proficient and ability to operate a POS system.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to run store functions and step in as manager when needed.
