Job summary

KnitWell Group’s LOFT store in Baltimore is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver exceptional customer experiences and to support and coach a team of associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and step in as needed to help run store operations.

The role requires strong communication, ability to coach others, and flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Location is Regular/Part time with hourly pay in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Be representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates and customers.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards focused on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable business and coach associates.
