The role includes coaching the sales team and collaborating with the leadership group to adapt strategies and ensure smooth operations.

You’ll help recruit, train, and develop staff, manage store operations and systems, and ensure consistency with brand standards while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director to drive profitability and brand adherence.
• Own designated areas: Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Recruiting, training and development assistance as needed.
• Foster a collaborative, positive environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
