J.Crew Factory is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team and drive profitability through strong customer connections and brand loyalty. You will coach the sales team, provide immediate feedback, and collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that support business success and smooth operations.

You will oversee your division (visual merchandising, operations, HR, service and selling), recruit and train staff when needed, and ensure the team delivers exceptional service

Competenze

• Have 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.

Mansioni

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results and profitability.
• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling) and manage store operations, systems, and technology.
• Assist Store Director & Associate Store Manager with recruiting, training and development efforts.
• Partner with Store Director and Associate Store Manager to foster a collaborative working environment.
• Ensure the team consistently exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate authentic customer connections.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor when needed.
