J.Crew Factory is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. You’ll drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement while coaching the sales team to perform at their best.

You’ll oversee a division such as visual merchandising, operations, HR, and service, recruit and train staff, and foster a collaborative environment. Flexibility, fashion knowledge, and a track record in retail management are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Passion for brand, customers, and teams.
• Ability to stay current with fashion trends.

Responsabilités

• Support Store Director and Associate Store Manager to impact profitability.
• Own division of responsibility such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling.
• Recruiting, training and development support if needed.
• Collaborate to create a collaborative working environment.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost customer connection.
• Organize community-engaging events.
• Step into various sales floor roles when needed.
