Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to lead store partners and drive sales while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will partner with the leadership team to support operations, merchandising, and customer service and to help achieve store goals.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail sales experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT and ADT.
• Maintain company merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and displays.
• Accurately complete all sales transactions at POS and monitor cash handling.
