Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to lead in-store operations, drive sales, and support store partners. You will champion customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising while assisting with daily procedures and leadership tasks.

Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of retail experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience
• Leadership, communication, time management and organization skills
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Willingness to work extended hours
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build long-standing customer relationships
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate product knowledge to customers
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture)
• Be informed on current promotions and advertisements
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and housekeeping
• Assist with processing merchandise and stock replenishment
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS
• Develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership
• Complete opening/closing procedures per company standards
• Adhere to time and attendance policies and laws and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance and appearance
