Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to engage customers, lead store partners and drive sales while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

You will partner with leadership to develop the team, manage operations and ensure merchandising standards are met. This role requires 1–2 years of retail experience and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture and exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate product knowledge.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons).
• Stay informed about current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS registers.
• Develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and adhere to Time and Attendance policy.
• Adhere to laws and company policies, and assist with other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance and appearance.
