Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a dedicated Key Holder to support store leadership, deliver exceptional customer service, and mentor the team. You will drive sales through product knowledge, merchandising excellence, and effective POS transactions.

You’ll partner with leadership to hit store KPIs, manage shifts, and ensure compliance with policies. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays in a mall or standalone location.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Understand promotions and advertisements and keep merchandising standards.
• Assist with floor moves, displays, stock replenishment and store housekeeping.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS and maintain cash accountability.
• Partner with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and comply with attendance policies.
