Boot Barn is hiring a Key Holder to lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and sales expertise. You will master product knowledge, drive sales metrics, and support leadership in daily store operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail sales experience, willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to travel up to 10% to support local stores. Join a team focused on community, growth, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build long‑standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, capture rates).
• Be informed on current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately complete sales transactions; manage cash and media at POS.
• Seek new ways to develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Complete opening and closing procedures per company standards and Time & Attendance policies.
• Adhere to laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance, and appearance.
