Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to help drive a service and selling culture in-store and support store leadership. You will become an expert on product categories, promote current promotions, and help maintain merchandising standards and floor sets.

The role emphasizes customer relationships and accurate sales transactions. As a Key Holder, you will support opening and closing procedures, ensure compliance with policies, and seek opportunities to develop skills and improve store metrics

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong selling and service expertise.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and communicate benefits.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain goals: UPT, ADT, add-ons, and customer data capture.
• Be informed about current promotions and advertising.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing stock.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and maintain cash/media accountability at POS.
• Develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership collaboration.
• Complete opening/closing procedures per Time and Attendance policy.
• Adhere to laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
