Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to deliver exceptional in-store service, drive sales, and support leadership with daily operations. The role focuses on customer engagement, product knowledge, and accurate POS transactions, while upholding merchandising standards and store integrity.

The ideal candidate will contribute to meeting sales goals, assist with training and development of team members, and help ensure smooth opening/closing procedures at the register.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to communicate product features and benefits clearly.
• Experience handling sales transactions accurately at POS.
• Ability to assist with merchandising and floor stock.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in a store environment.

Responsibilities
