Job summary

Boot Barn, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to engage customers, deliver exceptional service and support store leadership. You will develop product knowledge, drive sales, and maintain merchandising standards while providing leadership on the floor.

The role involves opening/closing duties, accurate POS handling and collaboration with the leadership team to meet store goals. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT, ADT, and customer information capture rates.
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS and manage cash/media.
