Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and support to the store team. You will lead sales efforts, master product knowledge and help meet sales goals while ensuring merchandising standards and smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer-centric service and participation in opening/closing procedures, with opportunities for growth and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication and time management skills.
• Availability for varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support local stores.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Achieve goals such as UPT, ADT and add-on sales.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and stock replenishment.
• Process transactions accurately and adhere to POS procedures.
• Support store leadership to drive sales and development of the team.
