Job summary

TD Bank in Northfield, NJ seeks a Store Leader to supervise day-to-day team activities, ensure compliance, and drive customer service and sales objectives. The role manages teller and platform operations, coaches staff, and leads in building relationships with customers.

Candidates should have a HS Diploma or GED, 2+ years in customer-facing roles, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel. Notary license preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience working with customers and or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Notary License (preferred).
• Previous supervisory or demonstrated ability in providing direction, decision making, coaching Oversight of Customer Service.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed Customers’ expectations.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Ability to supervise and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervisory oversight to a team of advice and service colleagues in the achievement of individual and Store objectives.
• Provides day-to-day team leadership and work direction to ensure effective/efficient delivery of personalized/complex service and advice activities.
• Leads the execution of the Store Customer experience plan/objectives; supports the execution of the Store advice plan/objectives while ensuring operational excellence.
• Manages Teller and Platform operations and customer escalations; drives compliance and risk management.
