Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred: valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, handling required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes cash drops and provides change to registers; handles returns, voids, refunds.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets, assists, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory, pricing, signage, and merchandising; supports store cleanliness and organization.
