Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory and pricing; assists with displays and price changes as needed.
• Supports bookkeeping and cash handling tasks, including cash reports and ledgers.
